DoneReco Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of DoneReco (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App provides task/record management features and related functions. We may add, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.
3. Account and Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the App and your device/account environment. We are not liable for damages caused by your management failures.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Interfering with operation of the App
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or similar acts
- Infringing rights of other users or third parties
- Submitting false information or abusive behavior
5. Paid Features
The App may include paid features. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription handling are subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, and payment provider policies.
6. Advertising
The App may display advertisements delivered through third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content belong to us or to legitimate rights holders.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Suspension/Termination
We may restrict or suspend your use of the App without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms become effective when posted on this page or in the App.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal business location as the court of first instance.
